I come with a work experience in Marketing Automation and Risk Advisory Services. Graduated with a finance degree, I always looked upto understanding numbers, and its impact in businesses. Taking a turn towards marketing, I loved branding and learnt how automation can bring visibility. Later, I moved into Internal Audit (Risk Advisory Services) to pursue ACCA. The experience shaped me better to look into things that can possibly go wrong in a business process. Having got the opportunity of setting up a complete end-to-end implementation of Zoho CRM, I understood the gap between a technical person who sets the system and the business process which a client is trying to bring into system. 

Having the knowledge and experience of both technical and business understanding, I look forward to help businesses set their process in part with their objectives and introduce modern automation tools that aligns for each business.
